An attractive high grade railroad watch with a rarely seen original Ferguson Hampden dial in the typical Swiss made style.
CONDITION:
Mvt: Ticking sluggishly, overhaul recommended, excellent cosmetic mvt condition overall, bright plates with scattered micro-fine scratches, few micro-fine scratches to larger winding wheel, oxide to portions of regulator assembly; virtually flawless dial with only a tiny edge flake at 35 minute hash mark; excellent hands; case shows medium wear, few dents along band, scattered dings and shallow denting to rear, reduced engine turning detail with a ring of full loss at shoulder, small spots of wear to brass to pendant, partial ring of wear to brass to band, thin partial rings of wear to brass to bezel, rear shoulders, and edges; tight brassy bow, crown shows light wear; good glass crystal.
